• Personalized Items: Because our products (party bags, stickers, etc.) are custom-made with specific names and themes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
• Cancellations: You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already started the production process.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@stickondemandshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will make it right!
